Zucker still wants to make Crockett film

 In a recent interview with ctnow.com, David Zucker, director of such films as Airplane, Scary Movie 3 & 4, Naked Gun, and also a member of the Alamo Society, mentioned he'd still like to "make a movie about Davy Crockett someday". Although, he doesn't plan on it becoming serious anytime soon. Many Alamo buffs remember over a decade ago that rumor spread of Zucker's interest to make a film on David Crockett with such front runners as Mel Gibson and Robin Williams up for the title role.
