BROWN, JAMES MURRY
(1800-1836)
Born in Pennsylvania, James Murry Brown moved to Texas in 1835. On April 17 of that year, Brown registered in De León's colony.
He took part in the siege of Bexar and later served in the Alamo garrison. Brown died in the battle of the Alamo on March 6, 1836.
